LOCKBASE CALCULATOR

The LOCKBASE Calculator is a calculation program for master key system manufacturers with which small and medium-sized master key systems can be created and calculated with all the necessary data. It comprises the modules System Matrix and the Calculation module.

Like the LOCKBASE Professional the Calculator uses a very efficient algorithm to calculate complicated sub master, cross and interchange keys. International cylinder brands and their profiles are supported. Design standards, DIN standards and cylinder brand specifications are automatically taken into account. When key combinations are entered manually the program can be set to automatically recognise and correct wrong fits. An Interface for computer controlled Key Cutting Machines is included in the price.

In addition, the LOCKBASE Matrix provides the B2B Peer-to-Peer Module. It enables a highly secure exchange of locking system files with up to 10 B2B partners via our B2B backbone. The B2B Peer-to-Peer Module offers reliable addressing and message transmission as well as intelligent document management. The risk of insecure data transmission of sensitive master key system data can thus be eliminated.

As a recommended extension module, the Code Group Administration offers systematic organisation of the code groups used for calculation in order to prevent an inadvertent overlap of combinations in different master key systems.

The Code Group Administration also helps you to divide up the variations within a brand in such a way that for differently sized large systems there is an appropriate number of key combinations available.

For larger master key systems, the List of Materials is a useful add-on module. It provides a clear listing of the parts of a locking system. This allows you to see immediately whether the required material is in stock.

The System Designer is also interesting as an extension module. It is a convenient planning and management tool that makes the group structure of a system visible and editable. A system with a group structure enables an even more flexible and comfortable calculation.

With the LOCKBASE Calculator it is also possible to create a small key management program for your customers, the LOCKBASE Manager lite.
