LOCKBASE MANAGER

The LOCKBASE Manager is our administration program for users and operators of master key systems. The LOCKBASE Manager contains four data stocks: keys, cylinders, doors and persons and the Data Lists as data view. In addition, persons can be assigned to departments and doors to buildings.

The user quickly gains an overview, can directly enter and modify data. Important documents such as the System Matrix, Key Stock Lists, Key Issue and Return Receipts and forms, orders, History Keys/Persons can be printed out. The sensitive data of the master key system is protected against unauthorised access by password entry and encrypted files. The LOCKBASE Manager can also administer several master key systems without any problems – there is no limit to the number and size of the managed locking systems.

With the included Ground Plan Module architectural drawings of buildings can be embedded. One can insert and position previously created door data sets and display the access for key holders, the locking functions of keys or the location of cylinders in a spatial representation.

We recommend the System Matrix and the System Designer as extension modules. These make master key system management even more convenient and can be expanded with a tool for the planning of master key systems: the System Designer.

The LOCKBASE Manager lite is suitable for the inexpensive management of a single master key system. This program requires a service partner (e.g. a locksmith or a manufacturer) who holds a license for one of the larger LOCKBASE programme packages.

The LOCKBASE Manager lite offers the features of the basic version of the LOCKBASE Manager, but cannot be extended. The LOCKBASE Manager lite will be delivered together with a master key system and can only be used with this one system. The service partner is responsible for key and cylinder data, the user cannot change it by mistake, while the user of the master key system manages personal and door data, key issues and key returns etc.
